Back again to my local home race, the annual Hoylake10k race for charity. The weather this time round was near perfect. Most importantly there was little wind in either direction. Here are some photos and a video taken by Frances.
My race summary on endomondo. A new 10k PB too of 46:21!
Parking at Idwal Cottage carpark just off the A5, I set off on my run or speed hike at 8:30am. From the base of the mountain it was mainly speed hiking!
From the car park to Y Garn summit I had managed to complete this segment in 44:04 minutes! 5th fastest time in 2015 and 13th out of 34 fastest time of all participants. Some pictures from the day!
